Receiving quality furniture is part of the experience we offer, but individual and excellent customer service is our main concern as well.

Before, during, and after, our customer service never stops. We understand that advice and help with your furniture is on going. This can be done over the phone, by e-mail, at our showroom, or by appointment on-site.

ETM Furnishings has a range of quality samples of fabrics, leathers or stain finishes that you will need to make the right decision.

As an extra one on one service, you have the opportunity to speak with our talented interior decorator. At home or on-site, discover your taste, style and budget as we create your perfect decorating solution. From commercial to whole homes, we take care of it all: designing, measuring, ordering and installing. You just sit back and relax.

When you place a confirmed order our standard lead-time is 4 - 6 weeks but can of course be quicker if you need something urgently.
