Since the early colonial period in 1860, furniture & design has been a reflection of style and self-expression. Manufacturing techniques were limited, materials used were solid pine and styles were very simple at the time, reflecting a gothic design influence.

We have moved on considerably with the techniques used in manufacturing, materials, and the style & design influences over the decades. The beauty of this knowledge means we can shape and cut to create items which are striking and visually appealing to reflect ones self expression.

Everything created here at ETM (exclusive tailor made) Furnishings is handmade by skilled craftsmen, right here in South Australia. When it comes to our workmanship we endeavour to create pieces for life long use, so we are very pedantic when it comes to structural strength, design and detailing.
